Responsibilities Be an expert in the real estate market Learn the tools to conduct property and market research, prepare contracts, obtain signatures, etc. Allocate 15 hours each week to actively generating leads through calls and follow-up efforts Organize and conduct two open houses monthly to connect with prospective buyers and sellers Work closely with buyers to finalize agreements and help them find ideal properties Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes Keep comprehensive records of activities and client communications using Brivity Technology Transform leads and prospecting activities into confirmed appointments through persistent outreach Take part in weekly script rehearsals to improve communication techniques Actively contribute to team meetings and company events in alignment with organizational expectations Collaborate with sellers to secure listings, create marketing strategies, and promote their properties Offer professional guidance on pricing, home staging, and other listing services to enhance sales success For part-time or dual-career agents, it is essential to prioritize and dedicate time to your real estate career!
