We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Fronters & Sales Closer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by closing inbound and outbound leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are a persuasive communicator with a track record of closing sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that maximize conversion rates
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM software
• Follow up with prospects and ensure excellent customer service post-sale

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales closer in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand customer pain points and offer creative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Results-driven with a relentless focus on achieving targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
