Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in title processing.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Specialized Knowledge:
Familiarity with double-time procedures.
Responsibilities:
Process and review real estate titles efficiently, open files, make contact with all parties to transaction. Review Contract and or Title Order when new file is opened. Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Apply your knowledge of double-time procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing. Review and Mark up Title Knowledge with Liens and HOA’s Handle Closing with clients Do post closing and recording of Mortage and Warranty Deed Send Thank you Emails to all parties upon completion of closing Maintain communication with all realtors and lenders for future business
