We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team and provide assistance to our Broker.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process real estate contracts and documents. Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, and our in house title company Track transaction progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process. Assist with post-closing procedures and follow-ups. Prepare and distribute necessary documents for closing. Marketing Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related field is preferred. Understanding of real estate contracts and closing processes is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and Bilingual (English & Spanish)
