Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and polished Luxury Property Specialist who is serious about long-term growth in real estate. Responsibilities Represent buyers and sellers in luxury real estate transactions with professionalism and discretion. Conduct showings, listing appointments, and private property tours. Build and maintain relationships with affluent clients, investors, and local influencers. Stay current on market trends, neighborhood developments, and property valuations. Collaborate closely with our in-house marketing team to promote listings strategically. Maintain consistent communication and follow-through with all client interactions. What We’re Looking For A valid Florida Real Estate License (required). Prior real estate sales experience; luxury experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. High personal standards, a strong work ethic, and a solutions-oriented mindset. A genuinely optimistic, motivated, and coachable attitude. Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms, listing tools, and digital communication. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the Naples and Gulf Coast luxury market. Manage property listings and maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions within administrative systems. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously. Promote properties through various marketing strategies, including social media platforms and networking events. Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. Experience Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in real estate software and tools. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
