We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients and agents in real estate closings and other real estate transactionsAssist in commercial business transactionsMeetings and correspondence with clientsPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on real estate and legal transactionsComply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
