Real Estate Sales Agent 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Collier County, FL Seeking experienced Florida licensed real estate associates with career experience of at least $5M volume annually with interest in joining one of our successful Douglas Elliman teams in Lee and Collier counties. Interested candidates should be polished and savvy and ready to work with high-end clientele through team leads; must be experienced and confident in working with sellers and buyers, taking listings, writing contracts and overall real estate activities and marketing. Primary responsibilities will include:

Prepare, open, close and host listings for showings, open house, inspections, special events, etc. Working with leads generated by the well-experienced team leads. Effective communicator and comfortable working directly with clientele on all levels with detailed follow through. Good planning skills, timeliness, efficient, and prepared success-oriented qualities.

Requirements:

Must be full-time career Realtor with flexibility for working hours to accommodate appointments weekday, weekend and/or evening hours showings, special events, etc. Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license, required. Prefer at least two years real estate experience. This team role is real estate commission-based only.
