In this role, you will be instrumental in managing tenant relationships and facilitating the leasing process for our diverse portfolio of properties. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing quality housing solutions and enhancing property value. Responsibilities Assist prospective tenants with inquiries about available rental properties. Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential residents. Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and leasing activity. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant needs and resolve conflicts. Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow up with prospective tenants. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or real estate administration. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate effectively and manage conflicts professionally. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential. Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks. Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred. Portugese is also ideal.
