BILINGUAL SPANISH LEASING AGENT
(Jacksonville) Apartment Community compensation: $17-$19/ HR employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Leasing Agent We are seeking to hire a Bilingual Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
- Full-Time and Part-time available
Requirements:
- One year of prior leasing experience is required.
- Available to work weekends
- Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
- Friendly, energetic, great people skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent phone and in-person sales skills
- Motivated and hard-working
- OneSite or Yardi experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Professional presentation – friendly, energetic, great people skills.
