• We have a 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this time. Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• certifications to up skill and productivity rhythms each month. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Morning Power-Up for Teams. Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
