What You’ll Do Prospect and develop relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants. Learn to analyze, market, and broker commercial real estate transactions. Conduct market research and financial underwriting to support client decisions. Collaborate with experienced brokers and leadership on real deals and strategy. Build and manage a growing book of business using our technology and CRM tools. Participate in hands-on training and ongoing mentorship programs. Ability to make high-volume outreach daily with persistence and enthusiasm. Coachability and openness to feedback and mentorship. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License is required, or you must be actively in the process of obtaining it prior to employment, we’re happy to offer guidance throughout the licensing process.
