What You’ll Do:
Represent buyers and sellers in land and commercial transactions Prospect, list, and close deals across Northeast Florida Prepare and present property valuations and market data Build long-term client relationships and local partnerships Collaborate with a support team for streamlined closings
What We’re Looking For:
Active Florida real estate license (Broker or Sales Associate) Minimum 3 years of experience in land and/or commercial sales Strong local market knowledge Self-starter with a hunter mentality Excellent negotiation and communication skills This is more than a brokerage.
