Candidate must be detailed oriented, interact well with people, provide a high level of customer service and be able to multi-task. This is a wonderful opportunity for a self-driven, outgoing individual who has prior leasing and/or customer service skills to advance in the property management industry!
Requirements:
- Must have
TAX CREDIT
experience and know how to file tax credit paperwork
- and working in a Tax Credit community 1 years leasing and/or working in the property management industry.
- High School Diploma
- 1 year’s customer service experience
Preferred:
- 1 years property management/leasing experience
- Outgoing self-starter and team player
- Follow up skills
- Driven, outgoing, autonomous
- Provides information about the apartments and the community to the prospective resident and schedules visits to the community.
- Responsible for leasing apartments at an acceptable determined percent of total prospects.
- Greets visitors and determines if the community meets the client’s qualifications.
- Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
- Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork(i.e. applications, lease agreements and addenda,
- Provides information about the apartments and the community to the prospective resident and schedules visits to the community.
- Accurately completes all lease applications, assists with application verification and notifies prospective residents of results. Types miscellaneous resident communication when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and presentable work area at all times.
- Completes all lease paperwork accurately included related addendum’s and accepts rents and deposits.
- Physically inspects property when grounds, picks up litter and reports any service needs to
- maintenance staff. Inspects vacancies and make ready apartments.
- Organizes and files appropriate reports, leases, and paperwork.
