The goal is to use marketing skills and a platform to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates and customer retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(including, but not limited to): Handle leasing and outreach, prospecting, and lead generation, focusing on converting leads into rent. Respond to all leasing inquiries, track leasing leads, and prepare leasing status reports. Identify and contact potential tenants for vacant spaces. Help prepare and implement marketing plans, complete marketing surveys, analyze rental trends, and track advertising effectiveness. Help oversee and participate in renting and marketing outreach, including interacting with prospects and community organizations. Oversee and maintain all new lease and lease renewal practices, including the resident selection and approval process. Monitors trends to prepare for future occupancy needs. Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials. Understands and complies with federal, state, and local fair housing laws and landlord-tenant laws. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude when dealing with both current and prospective residents, coworkers, vendors, and owners. Oversee and process applications and lease renewals. Enter guest cards and traffic information. Assist new residents during the move-in and move-out process. Work with the maintenance department to handle apartment turnovers, move-ins, and work order requests. Handle administrative functions including clerical and reception responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
. Knowledge of marketing and social media is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent certification required. Ability to prospect, rent, and close. Strong Marketing skills. Excellent Organizational skills. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Windows, and Microsoft Office. Outstanding client service skills.
