What You’ll Be Doing:
Use your team provided training and well honed people skills to prospect, nurture, qualify, and follow up with potential buyers and sellers on a daily basis, using proven strategies and tools to generate new business. Convert leads into appointments by demonstrating strong communication, active listening, and motivation-qualifying skills. Walk with your customers through every stage of the real estate process until they reach their goals (and beyond). Own and manage your pipeline through every stage of the process using our team CRM to stay organized and efficient. Track and report your performance by logging daily activity, sales metrics, and key conversion data for weekly accountability check-ins. Deliver a standout client experience, going above and beyond to ensure customers feel educated, supported, confident, and WOW’d throughout their journeys. Consistently hit or exceed monthly goals, contributing to team success and your own financial growth.
