Your Role :

Represent buyers and sellers with expert guidance through every step of the transaction Show homes, negotiate contracts, and manage deals from start to close Stay in touch with clients through great communication and follow-up Market properties, generate leads, and grow your personal brand Stay informed on local market trends and neighborhood updates Participate in team meetings, networking events, and company training sessions Use Weichert systems to organize, follow up, and scale your business

What You’ll Need :

Florida Real Estate Sales or Broker License (Required) Excellent communication & customer service skills Self-driven, organized, and goal-focused mindset Reliable transportation Comfortable using tech tools and CRM systems Willingness to learn and grow Preferred but not required: Experience in real estate sales, customer service, or marketing Familiarity with the Jacksonville and / or St. Augustine real estate markets

Compensation & Schedule :

Hiring both Full-time and Part-time in Jacksonville office (Atlantic Beach) and / or St Augustine office.

Expected Pay Range:

$45,000

• $115,000+ per year (Commission-based)
