Personal Assistant
- Luxury Real Estate & Airbnb Operations We are seeking an energetic, professional, and highly presentable Personal Assistant to support our fast-growing luxury real estate and Airbnb management business. This dynamic, part-time role (20-40 hours per week) will work directly with our CEO and COO, assisting with a variety of high-level and hands-on tasks, including:
- Inspecting and managing high-end Airbnb properties
- Coordinating with vendors, cleaners, and service providers
- Assisting with guest needs and VIP requests
- Handling pickups, deliveries, and on-the-ground errands
- Supporting executives with additional operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available on short notice
- Must live locally, near Jacksonville Beach or Ponte Vedra area
- Energetic, flexible, and solutions-driven attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and reliable presentation
- Willingness to jump between different tasks and responsibilities
