Pre-Need Sales Professional – Jacksonville, FL A Direct Cremations $500/week base pay + commission on all contracts + team override potential Full-Time | Help Launch & Lead Our Jacksonville Market A Direct Cremations , part of the Family Owned Funeral Group , is expanding into the Jacksonville area—and we’re hiring now. We provide simple, affordable cremation services and are looking for a motivated Sales Professional to help us establish our footprint and grow the market. This is a ground-floor opportunity with strong support and real growth potential—including the ability to build your own sales team and earn override commissions .

What You’ll Do:

Meet with families to explain the benefits of pre-planning direct cremation Follow up with warm leads generated through our website, SEO/SEM campaigns, direct mailers, and community outreach Help host bi-weekly seminars and educational events (we provide the materials and support) Build your own referral network and community relationships Option to recruit and lead a team as the Jacksonville footprint grows

What We Offer:

$500/week base pay Uncapped commission on all pre-need contracts Override commission if you build and manage a team Marketing support including online lead generation and direct mail Seminar materials, lead funnels, and training provided Part of a respected and growing family-owned funeral group
