Job Description

Description SUMMARY:

The Real Estate Transaction Associate’s role is to manage, negotiate and complete the processing of new real estate and access agreements in compliance with company policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Responsible for negotiating, preparation and processing a high volume of lease/license agreements. + Assists the Department with audits of existing real estate agreements. + Prepares periodic reports of the performance of the license program. + Processes other real estate documents when necessary. + Completes assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access). + Excellent writing skills. + Possess excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills in working with internal and external clients. + Basic knowledge of real estate agreements. + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and follow through to completion. + Meticulous attention to detail. + Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
