Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings. Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Stay informed about local real estate trends and market conditions. Manage property listings and maintain accurate records of transactions. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout all transactions. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable. Familiarity with property management practices is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients’ best interests. Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is beneficial.
