What You’ll Do:
Prospect and build relationships with property owners via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn Manage active deal pipelines and guide clients through every stage of the transaction Execute our proprietary sales process to drive results and deliver value Represent one of our core asset classes: self-storage, manufactured housing, or healthcare Partner with in-house analysts, marketing, and transaction teams to close deals efficiently
