Job Duties Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing Accurately complete leasing paperwork and process applications Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, pricing, and community features Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests Handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for leasing and reporting Support the Property Manager with daily office operations Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and community policies Qualifications Experienced apartment leasing professionals only (experience required) Previous work in conventional, tax credit, Section 8, LIHTC, or luxury communities is welcomed Positive, professional, and energetic personality Excellent communication and people skills Proficient with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Why Join ESS?
