Job Description

About the role:

As an experienced On-Site Sales Executive, you will be the face of a new luxury project in the South Tampa/Westshore Marina District area. You will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our residences, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. Your goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective buyers, providing detailed information about the property in person and on video chat. Conduct tours of the model units and the overall property. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and manage the sales pipeline. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor developments, and overall real estate market conditions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client and agent interactions.

Qualifications:

Hold an active Florida real estate sales license Proven experience as a sales executive in the real estate industry, preferably in luxury condominiums or high-end residential properties. Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and buyer expectations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
