Bowling Companies is a private equity firm focused on multifamily real estate and the creator of The Deal Room, one of the fastest-growing online platforms for real estate investors. We’re on a mission to democratize access to real estate investing through education, community, and vetted deal flow—cutting out the gatekeeping and fluff. We’re growing fast and looking to add a Sales Setter/Closer (Hybrid Role) to our in-office team who’s hungry to win, driven by results, and ready to grow into a high-impact role. This is NOT an MLM, not door-to-door, and not a cold call boiler room. You’ll be working with warm, inbound leads who’ve already expressed interest in what we offer—and you’ll join a tight-knit, energetic team of fewer than 10 people in our local office. Reliable transportation required What You Bring 2+ years of sales experience or high-volume phone sales Strong objection handling and ability to build fast rapport Clear communicator who can lead with confidence and empathy Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (Hubspot, Aloware, Calendly, Zoom, Loom) A hunger to win, track your performance, and hit KPIs Why Join Us?
