Leasing Agent Bridgemont Tampa, FL 33618 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential or commercial properties, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively market properties to potential renters. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits. Manage the leasing process from application through to lease signing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Utilize Appfolio software for managing tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests. Assist with property maintenance inquiries and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of issues. Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions. Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional services or amenities that enhance tenant satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract potential renters and increase occupancy rates. Maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values to provide informed recommendations to clients. Experience Previous experience in property leasing or real estate administration is preferred. Familiarity with Appfolio or similar property management software is a plus. Strong understanding of facilities management and contract negotiations is beneficial. Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of successfully closing deals. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous but not required.
