Leasing Consultant 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 16297 Northdale Oaks Drive, Tampa, FL 33624 Our multi-family community, Lakes of Northdale, currently has a full-time Leasing Consultant opportunity available! As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our incredible, cutting edge, and fast-growing company to current residents and future residents. You’ll have a chance to build new and long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, while also acting as a product matter expert and valuable resource for property information. Best of all, you’ll have a chance to use your charisma and sales experience to market and sell our fabulous multi-family homes to our customers. A Typical Day:
Welcome prospective residents; learn more about what their living needs are, tour the community; and find the connection between their needs and our amenities. Follow up with prospects and work toward selling our communities to our prospects. Complete all the steps that go with the lease application process. Express yourself as an expert on our community offerings, rents and amenities. Perform off-site and internet market research and assist in preparing marketing plans. Assist with coordinating resident social events and functions to assure our residents love where they live.
