Requirements:
Responsibilities Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community. Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community. Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents. Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events. Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests. Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors. Requirements At least 1+ year experience in strong sales, marketing and customer service. Previous leasing experience required, and bilingual preferred. Strong organizational and professional communication skills. A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, passing of pre-employment background checks, and drug screen are required.
