Listing Agent The Heyl Group Tampa, FL 33602 The Heyl Group is a National Expansion Team, and is one of the top 5 KW Real Estate teams. Opportunity and Tools:

High quality leads and appointments to work each week Custom Heyl Group Salesforce account 1:1 weekly training from industry leading coach and mentor Personal Transaction Management support (sellers and buyers) Multiple strong lead generating partners Elite Team environment inclusive of high minded, driven people.

Agent Expectations:

Agents will be responsible for converting inbound leads to appointments and signed clients. Agents will maintain an active pipeline of business and work both buyers AND sellers. Attend continuing education on the evolving real estate market. Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, Salesforce, MLS, and other technologies as needed. Accurately present The Heyl Group’s unique value proposition to prospective clients and utilize partner services. Attend weekly huddles and script practice trainings until proficient in lead conversion. Exceed minimum volume of 20+ closed transactions per year (25-30 is average).
