Very friendly and laid back atmosphere. We currently have over 140 real estate agents within our brokerage creating a built-in pipeline of mortgage customers. In fact, one of our current LO’s received 7 mortgage clients in the last month alone by just engaging with our agents, so the opportunity can be huge for someone who is willing to network with our agent group. Location can be anywhere in the Tampa and surrounding areas. Although this is not a full “remote” position, there is flexibility. This is with a Direct Lender, not a bank or broker. They have a lot of flexibility to get the loan closed as well as products that other lending platforms cannot compete with. Compensation will be based on experience and production history. A base salary and benefits are available as well. We are looking at all levels of experience but would prefer someone with a solid track record of performance.
