Role:
You’ll play a key role in helping our team operate smoothly and deliver top-notch service to our buyers and sellers. This position is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about real estate—whether you’re already licensed or looking to grow into a full agent role.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate listing and transaction paperwork Manage CRM and client communication Schedule showings, inspections, and closings Assist with marketing and social media content Prepare listing presentations and client materials Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Workspace, MLS, Canva, CRM tools) Self-starter with attention to detail Real estate license is required Experience in customer service or admin support is a bonus
