Primary Duties and Responsibilities Consistently delivers outstanding client service; providing premiere client satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times. Acts as a cultural ambassador to internal and external clients, providing a professional, exceptional, and supportive experience with each interaction. Administers construction loans, which includes but is not limited to draw requests, partial lien releases, title updates, final waivers, etc. Maintains detailed funding records for each construction loan making sure that each draw is properly funded within the loans approved guidelines. Bid and order commercial appraisals and environmentals. Provides support to loan assistants working on prepping and closing a construction loan. This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications 1 to 2 years of Construction Administration experience and/or 2+ years of current experience with the Bank of Tampa High School Diploma/GED Demonstrates superior communication ability, both orally and written; has good listening skills; communicates ideas clearly and credibly. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Enjoys working in a collaborative environment in a team atmosphere. Adaptive, flexible, and comfortable with evolving and progressive change.
