Compensation:

$91,300 – $189,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations. Develop marketing strategies to promote listings (e.g., social media, MLS). Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations. Qualifications:

Education & Licensing :

High school diploma (required), valid real estate license. Or the motivation to get one.

Experience :

Sales, negotiation, or customer service background preferred.

Skills :
