You push yourself to beat personal and team goals What You’ll Do Meet daily with homeowners and business owners to assess their floor coating needs Accurately measure and calculate square footage for estimates Document each project thoroughly and professionally Present proposals in-person, build rapport, and close deals on the spot Act as the go-to support for your customers throughout their project Capture before-and-after photos to document and showcase your work Follow up with open leads and maintain communication until they convert Check in daily with the office team and handle digital paperwork with precision Minimum Requirements Must be located in Fort Lauderdale, FL or Tampa, FL Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience Able to work full-time, Monday – Saturday (evenings included) Comfortable entering customers’ homes and making presentations Confident using outbound sales techniques (cold calling, canvassing, social selling) Can pass a background check Maintain a professional appearance at all times What You’ll Earn $40,000 Base Salary 6% Commission on Company-Generated Leads 10% Commission on Self-Generated Leads Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off Why Florida Surface Pro?
