Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Off Market Single and Multi Family Real Estate. Work with existing clients, including buyers and sellers, providing top-tier communication and organizational skills. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and realtors. Strong interpersonal skills are required to establish trust and rapport. Conduct market research to stay informed of the latest trends in the real estate space and provide clients with competitive advice. Manage property pipelines, including creating appointments and conducting timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

A strong sales background with extensive experience in telephone-based client interaction and solid follow-up skills. Knowledge of Excel is required. Strong negotiation skills, coupled with a “Can-Do Attitude” and a “Make it Happen Mindset,” with the ability to think outside the box. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including tenacity and resilience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Passion for the property industry and a desire to advance your career.
