” We’re looking for someone who wants to own outcomes , not check boxes. This role is not for someone who needs to be told what to do every day. This role is for someone who gets excited by solving problems, keeping deals on track, and being the steady hand that guides every client from first call to final close . About the Role This is a performance-based role (you are paid per closing). You are the primary point of contact for the client experience. YOU are the brand to the customer. When they think of our company, they’ll think of YOU. This is not a sales role , but it’s mission-critical to revenue . You’ll be working behind the scenes to make sure deals stay on track, documents are squared away, and every buyer/seller has a white-glove experience . If you can juggle timelines, solve people problems, and communicate with clarity, you’ll win here. Compensation $200 per closing to start Raise after 90 days (based on performance) Expected income: $1,000
- 3,000+ per month once fully trained.
