Closing Specialist Kelsey Title Agency, LLC 1213 W Miller St Ste 4, Fruitland Park, FL 34731 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Closing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background real estate closings and title insurance, and possess a customer service attitude. Duties Manage the real estate transaction from contract to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction. Create files, verifying information and conducting necessary due diligence. Ensure compliance with our title insurance underwriters throughout the process. Collaborate with realtors, loan officers, buyers and sellers to facilitate closings. Generate closing documents and go over same with the buyers and sellers. Conduct post-closing disbursements. Skills Experience with real estate, contracts, and closings. Display good customer service. Ability to learn closing software and ensure information is accurately input. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and team members effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Ability to answer calls, take accurate messages, and relay information as needed.
