Job Description
Real Estate Assistant 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Mount Dora, FL We’re searching for an organized and detail oriented multitasker who loves interacting with people. You’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors, clients, fellow employees, and agents to the office in a friendly and professional manner; Answering phone calls and emails; Completing data entry into various software programs; Assisting our sales agents; Reviewing transactions for compliance; and assisting with other office operations as needed. Compensation:
$15 – $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, agents, employees, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner and assist them as needed. Complete daily data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor transactions for compliance. Keep the office area tidy and supplies stocked. Assist with other administrative tasks, such as organizing, copying, filing, etc. Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries are managed appropriately. Learn and understand our software programs to act as a resource for our sales agents. Assist with onboarding new agents to familiarize them with the office procedures. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
