Role:

Are you a motivated real estate agent ready to take more listings – without spending your days prospecting or cold calling? We’re seeking driven, coachable Listing Agents who are hungry to succeed. You’ll go on pre-qualified listing appointments that we set for you, and we’ll train you every step of the way to master the listing presentation and close the deal.

Responsibilities:

Attend pre-set listing appointments (either in-person or virtual) Present our listing system with confidence (training provided) Accurately price and position properties for the market Coordinate with sellers to get homes listed quickly Work closely with transaction coordinators and team admin

Ideal Candidate:

Must be coachable and open to feedback Strong communication & interpersonal skills Active Real Estate License (or in process of obtaining) Comfortable with basic tech (Zoom, MLS, Google Sheets) Reliable transportation & professional appearance Driven by success and eager to grow in real estate
