The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, maintaining positive relationships with tenants, and ensuring properties are well-managed. This role requires strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach to meet the needs of prospective and current residents. Duties Conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing available units and amenities. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Maintain accurate files and records for each tenant, including lease agreements and correspondence. Assist in the management of property maintenance requests and coordinate with facilities management as needed. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and follow up with prospective tenants. Ensure compliance with Section 8 regulations and other relevant housing laws. Collaborate with the office team to develop marketing strategies that attract new tenants. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in file management. Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is a plus. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Appfolio. Familiarity with facilities management practices to assist in property upkeep. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations. Ability to understand and interpret contracts and legal documents related to leasing agreements. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
