Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Work with company-provided inbound leads (buyers and sellers) Schedule and conduct client consultations Guide clients through the entire home-buying or selling process Stay informed about local market trends and financing options Write and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients Implement our proven systems and follow-up strategies Attend training and participate in coaching sessions to continually improve skills
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills About Company RealPro Real Estate Consultants offers a proven buyer lead generation and conversion system to its real estate consultants.
