Job Description:

Process applicants and leasing available apartments Draw up legal documentation for new leases Enter and manage service requests into computer software Renew existing leases and stay aware of all current and new Fair Housing laws and regulations Ensuring property tour route conditions are impeccable for showings of vacant apartments Ensure marketing materials are competitive and up-to-date Use management software to enter information and pull various reports Conduct competition studies, assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs Promote positive relationships with residents through an ongoing resident retention program

Position Requirements:

Bilingual skills are a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and fair housing guidelines Excellent communication skills including strong sales abilities with an outgoing personality Ability to work well independently as well as within a team setting Must be able to pass a national criminal background check Must have own reliable transportation HH Staffing does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.
