This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset and a proven track record in leasing. An on-site leasing agent serves as the face of the property and acts as the primary liaison between prospective tenants, current residents, and property management. This individual is responsible for both the marketing and operational success of leasing units and plays a key role in resident retention and property presentation. About the
Role:
As our Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility will be driving occupancy by leasing apartments and maintaining a strong presence across multiple marketing channels.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of direct experience as an apartment leasing agent Proficiency in social media marketing for real estate or leasing Highly organized and goal-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation Structure:
Base salary: $50,000/year
Commission:
$750 per move-in Total earning potential: $75,000/year+
Performance Requirements:
Sales quota applies Must generate a minimum of 8 move-ins per month
