Immediate Position Overview:

As a Tax Credit Leasing Agent, you will assist prospective and current residents while ensuring full compliance with affordable housing regulations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease apartments and process applications Conduct income certifications and maintain accurate resident files Explain income eligibility and program guidelines to prospects Collect rent, issue receipts, and manage financial records Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and compliance reports Deliver excellent customer service and support daily property operations

Requirements:

6+ months of experience with LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD leasing Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or RealPage Strong understanding of Fair Housing and affordable housing compliance Ability to walk the property and work flexible hours as needed Why Work with
