Leasing Agent Confidential Bradenton, FL 34210 Leasing Agent We are looking for an experienced Sales Star to join our team! We are a national property management company seeking to hire an experienced leasing/sales professional to join our team as a Leasing Agent at our beautiful community in Bradenton, Florida. Duties will include demonstrating and leasing apartments through sales and marketing efforts. Must have a thorough knowledge of the local leasing market, competitors, and be able to analyze market data, generate prospects, and promote the property through marketing initiatives. Candidate will work with the Property Manager to ensure the efficient operation and administration of the leasing office. Must have 2 or more years of direct real estate, retail sales, hospitality, or marketing experience, as well as a high school diploma (or equivalent). The position is full-time, and evening and weekend hours are required as scheduled. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, strong computer skills, including the MS Office Suite, are required. Must have capable multi-tasking skills, the ability to work independently, have a self-directed work ethic, and be reliable.
