Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with clients acquired through various leads to comprehend their real estate needs effectively Arrange appointments by converting incoming calls and conducting VIP presentations in person Develop and submit offers that match clients’ preferences and requirements accurately Negotiate offers to secure optimal pricing and favorable terms, while conducting essential due diligence Assist and counsel clients throughout the closing process by accompanying them to closings Engage in team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and via Zoom Apply established best practices to replicate successful outcomes and acknowledge achievements with the team
