We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships from initial inquiry through closing, helping families find the perfect property and guiding them through the entire homebuilding process. What We Offer A supportive, collaborative workplace that values communication, initiative, and growth Competitive base compensation with a robust bonus structure tied to performance Ongoing training and mentorship opportunities for professional development Access to an established CRM system and operational support staff Potential for long-term advancement within the company as we continue to grow Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and active homebuyers Guide clients through the entire home buying process, including lot selection, financing education, and construction timelines Actively manage client communications, expectations, and satisfaction from contract to close Generate, track, and follow up on all leads using the company CRM Provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal teams Work collaboratively with internal departments (design, permitting, construction, finance) to ensure client needs are met Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management Who We’re Looking For Proven success in sales, ideally in new home construction, residential real estate, or related industries Working knowledge of the mortgage process and home financing options Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds Technologically fluent, including experience with CRM systems and cloud-based tools Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed goals Able to work autonomously but thrives in a collaborative team environment A Florida Real Estate license is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate Bonus Traits (optional but attractive): Familiarity with the Central Florida housing market Background in new construction or land acquisition Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills Previous use of systems like Buildertrend, Highlevel, DoorLoop or HubSpot If you’re ready to help buyers turn their dream of homeownership into reality while growing your career with a reputable and expanding company, we invite you to apply today.
