Title & Escrow Closer Del Toro Law Stuart, FL 34994
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret real estate contracts and title commitments. Prepare ALTA settlement statements, CDs, closing disclosures, and other required documentation. Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys to collect necessary documentation and coordinate closing details. Schedule and conduct closings, ensuring all parties understand the closing documents. Review loan packages and ensure documents are executed accurately. Disburse funds, issue checks and wires, and balance files according to underwriter and lender requirements. Record documents with the county clerk and submit final title policies. Maintain compliance with state laws, company procedures, and underwriter guidelines.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in title and escrow (Florida experience preferred). Proficient in title software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest). Strong understanding of the real estate closing process, title insurance, and escrow procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple files with accuracy and efficiency under deadlines. Notary Public or ability to obtain certification preferred.
