Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify investment opportunities and trends within the real estate sector. Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports on potential investments, including cash flow projections and risk assessments. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for acquiring properties that align with investment goals. Negotiate terms of agreements with property owners and other stakeholders to secure favorable deals. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations during all transactions. Provide administrative support in managing documentation related to property acquisitions and investments. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior management and other team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required if have experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is preferred. Experience in sales or negotiation is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate analysis software is a plus.
