Job Description

Apartment Assistant Manager (Bilingual) 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Hialeah, FL 33014 Integra is currently seeking an Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of an apartment community. The successful candidate will assist in managing staff, ensuring resident satisfaction, optimizing occupancy rates, and maintaining financial integrity.

Responsibilities:
Leasing Support:

Assist in leasing efforts, including showcasing apartments to prospective residents, handling inquiries, and processing applications.

Resident Services:

Provide excellent customer service, address resident concerns, and assist with move-ins and move-outs.

Administrative Tasks:

Complete leasing paperwork, maintain resident files, and assist with reporting requirements.

Occupancy Management:

Help monitor rent collection, maintain occupancy levels, and implement leasing goals.

Retention Initiatives:

Support programs to retain residents, including assisting with lease renewals and organizing community events.

Financial Assistance:

Assist in monitoring budgetary performance, processing invoices, and controlling expenses.

Maintenance Coordination:

Coordinate maintenance activities, address service requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Communication:

Provide clear communication with residents, property owners, and on-site staff as needed.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to landlord/tenant laws and regulations, including fair housing guidelines.

Vendor Coordination:

Assist in coordinating vendor services, obtaining bids, and ensuring service quality.

Requirements:

Fluent in English & Spanish Languages. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in property management or leasing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents and staff. Basic knowledge of leasing and sales processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn property management software. Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
