We are primarilly a “Warehouse ” brokerage firm. With our team you will have the ability to lease warehouse space and get paid right away. We provide you with the leads to get your career started as well as improve your standard of living! Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial/industrail properties. Conduct professional tours of Offices, Warehouses and Storefront Commercial properties and determine the clients needs. Provide clients with market analysis and property evaluations. Negotiate sales contracts, leases and agreements on behalf of clients. Stay updated on market inventory. Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions. Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively. Collaborate with other commercial real estate professionals and property managers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling and leasing process. Skills Proven Salesman skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Experience in Property Management is a plus. Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to real estate. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
